A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required with your enrollment contract to secure your child’s spot in the class. The deposit will be applied to the tuition.

The annual $500 activity fee covers student accident insurance, most field trips, and art materials. This fee is in addition to tuition. This fee does not apply to the elementary overnight trips or the 5th grade field trip to France, which has a separate fee.

A 7% discount is offered on a sibling’s tuition if both the present student and the sibling are enrolled full time. Families receiving a needs-based discount will not be eligible for the sibling discount.

After school care (AFCA) is provided on school days. Advance sign up for AFCA is required. Extracurricular classes offered after school are not considered AFCA and have separate fees.

Invoices are emailed monthly, August through May. Payments are due by the 10th day of that month. The tuition plus the activity fee is divided into 10 monthly payments. 1/10th of the deposit is subtracted from the monthly bill. Applicable charges for after care or after school classes are included as additional items on the monthly invoice.

The preferred method of payment is online bank transfer. Incorrect entry of account or routing numbers will result in a bank fee of $12.50 plus a Quickbooks fee of $12.50. Families preferring to pay by credit card must seek pre-authorization from the school. Credit card fees will be charged for each transaction.

If invoices are not paid more than 10 days after the invoice due date a $50 late fee will be charged.
